Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ERPAI Funnel (funnel.erpai.nl) is operated by [company name], [business address], Chamber of Commerce no. [KvK number] ("we", "us").

2. The service

We provide businesses ("clients") with lead forms, booking pages, appointment management, follow-up messaging and tools to create and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok through their own connected accounts.

3. Accounts and connected platforms

• Clients connect their own advertising, Page and messaging accounts and remain responsible for them.
• Clients must comply with the terms and advertising policies of each connected platform (including Meta and TikTok).
• Campaigns are created paused and only go live after approval by the client or its administrator.

4. Ad spend and fees

Advertising costs are charged directly by the advertising platform to the client's own ad account. We do not pay or advance ad spend. Any fees for our service are agreed separately with each client.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or harmful content.
• No messages to people who have not given consent or who have unsubscribed.
• No attempts to access data of other clients or to disrupt the service.

6. Data

How personal data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party platforms may change or limit their services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the event.

8. Ending use

Clients can stop using the service and disconnect their accounts at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
