1. Who is responsible

ERPAI Funnel (funnel.erpai.nl) is operated by [company name], [business address], Chamber of Commerce no. [KvK number]. Businesses using our platform may also publish their own privacy statement for their lead and booking pages.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details you enter in a form: name, email address, phone number.
  • Your answers in lead and booking forms.
  • Appointment details (date and time) when you book.
  • Consent records for email and WhatsApp, including when and with which text consent was given or withdrawn.
  • For connected business accounts (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp): account and advertiser IDs, names, and access tokens, stored encrypted.
  • Basic first-party usage statistics, only after you accept the cookie notice.

3. Why we use it

  • To handle your enquiry and schedule the appointment you asked for.
  • To send follow-up messages by email or WhatsApp only when you gave consent for that channel.
  • To let businesses create and manage their own advertising campaigns on the platforms they connect.
  • To keep the service secure and working.

4. Consent and unsubscribing

Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to WhatsApp messages. Once you withdraw consent, we no longer send you messages on that channel.

5. Services we use

Depending on how a business uses the platform, data may be processed by: our hosting and database provider, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), TikTok, an email delivery provider and our workflow automation tool. We only share what is needed for the requested function.

6. TikTok data

When a business connects TikTok, we receive access to its advertiser account details to show account status and manage campaigns it approves. We do not sell this data, and the business can disconnect at any time, after which the access token is deleted.

7. How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or for the retention period set by the business. Afterwards it is deleted.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use. Send your request to [contact email]. You may also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
